My approach
I offer personalized treatments to meet your specific needs.
My role is not to cure you, but to encourage and guide your health journey, providing you with the resources and guidance needed to support your body's self-healing process.
My consultations take place like a real investigation, where I formulate hypotheses and explore various avenues to identify the origin and causes of your disorders. Every aspect of your life is taken into account: your medical history, your traumas, your emotions, environmental factors, your social behavior, as well as the balance between your personal and professional life .
A little word about my journey
Sportswoman, nature lover and passionate about natural health, my path to naturopathy was inspired by a series of health challenges a few years ago.
I suffered for a long time from digestive and hormonal problems, chronic fatigue and anxiety which were part of my daily life.
So I know what it's like to live with chronic disorders that ruin our lives. But I also discovered that it is not inevitable and that it is possible to return to a balanced and fulfilled life.
A decisive turning point in my journey was tackling the deep roots of my physical and mental suffering. That’s when things finally got better.
I learned that there is no point in putting a bandage on a wound without treating the cause of it. But also that the return to health is not possible without a global approach to being which takes into account the physical, psychological and emotional aspect.
After years spent in the field of architecture, I made the radical choice three years ago to change direction to devote myself entirely to my lifelong passion: naturopathy.
Today, I am committed to helping everyone regain balance and vitality, for a fully fulfilled life.
